Introducing the CrossCanyon scale truck chassis by GCM Racing. This coil or droop suspension chassis was purpose built as an easy platform for Axial-crawler-based scale truck buildups. This black anodized aluminum rail chassis provides the right mounting holes all around to accept the stock Axial crawler motor mount skid plate and suspension links, and with just a bit of wrenching, you can convert an Axial crawler into a capable scaler.

By designing the chassis with long bodies and 2.2 wheels in mind, this chassis matches almost any wheelbase between 11.75 inches right up to 14, simply by changing link lengths. The shock tower hoops already include 2 mounting positions to make sure the suspension builds easily, and there are added rear link holes for reducing twist on sprung trucks. The front and rear bumper mount holes are also duplicated to make the frame rails the supplied 17.62 inches long, or if the outside holes are trimmed off, it will fit inside a 16.62 inch shell and still mount a bumper without drilling.
